Make progress
on what matters
to you.
- Grow your business.
- Become a more influential leader.
- Communicate with greater impact.
Whatever you're working toward, having someone to explore ideas with, challenge your assumptions, and help you see new possibilities can change how you approach it.
I work with individuals, leaders, and organizations to navigate challenges, make thoughtful decisions, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Let's talk
What are you
working toward?
You might be growing a business, navigating a leadership challenge, trying to communicate more effectively, or reconsidering what you want next.
Whatever the situation, there's an opportunity to see things differently and make meaningful progress.
01 Grow your business More direction. Better decisions. Real momentum.
You might be thinking about how to grow your business, where to focus your energy, or how to navigate the challenges that come with expansion.
Together, we can explore opportunities, work through decisions, clarify priorities, and consider what needs to change to move your business forward.
The goal is to spend less time feeling caught in the day-to-day and more time making progress toward the business you want to build.

02 Lead with confidence Stronger relationships. More effective teams.
Leadership brings decisions, expectations, competing priorities, and people with different perspectives.
We can work through real situations, from developing a team member or delegating more effectively to navigating a difficult conversation or deciding how to lead through change.
As you better understand your own leadership style and the people around you, you can approach these challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and effectiveness.
- Executive coaching
- Leadership development
- Team coaching
- Cross-cultural leadership strategy
- Cultural dynamics analysis
03 Communicate with impact Clearer ideas. Greater influence. More trust.
You might have an important idea to present, a difficult message to deliver, or colleagues across different cultures who approach the same situation in very different ways.
We explore how to organize your thinking, understand your audience, communicate with intention, and adapt to different contexts.
The goal is to help your ideas land, strengthen relationships, and make collaboration more effective.
- Executive communication coaching
- Public speaking training
- Cross-cultural understanding workshops
- Team communication development
04 Make a meaningful change More clarity. Greater self-trust. A new direction.
Sometimes the challenge isn't a specific business problem. You may be questioning a decision, reconsidering your priorities, or wondering what you want the next chapter of your life or career to look like.
We explore the expectations, assumptions, and patterns influencing your choices, and what you want to do differently.
The aim is to make decisions that feel more intentional and move toward a life and career that reflect what matters to you.
- Individual coaching
- Focused perspective sessions
- Structured four-week coaching programs
Start with
what's actually
happening.
Not a hypothetical exercise or a predetermined curriculum, but the situations, decisions, and opportunities you're facing.
We get curious about what's going on. We explore different perspectives, question assumptions, and consider approaches you might not have seen before.
Sometimes you'll discover something you hadn't considered. Sometimes you'll recognize a pattern in how you're approaching a situation. Sometimes you'll simply get clear enough to make a decision you've been putting off.
Bring what's
happening
A real challenge, decision, goal, or opportunity. We start with what's going on.
Look
beneath it
Explore assumptions, patterns, motivations, and what's influencing the situation.
Find a
way forward
Consider different perspectives, clarify what you want, and identify practical next steps.
Act
and learn
Put ideas into practice. Notice what changes and bring what you learn into the next conversation.

Me, your coach.
I'm Gabriel Fernandez. I'm a coach, educator, and strategic advisor working at the intersection of leadership, culture, and communication.
I'm interested in how people think, what motivates them, and how our assumptions shape the way we lead, communicate, and make decisions. Whether I'm coaching a founder, working with a leadership team, or teaching public speaking, I enjoy helping people see something differently and discover what they're capable of.
More about my background & credentials
Helping people
see differently.
My coaching combines curiosity about human behavior with practical experience navigating leadership, relationships, and change. I work with individuals and teams to examine assumptions, understand their patterns, and approach decisions with greater awareness and intention.
My interest in this work is personal, too. Growing up, I often felt like an outsider, questioning expectations and the ways things were supposed to work. That curiosity eventually became a deeper exploration of identity, ambition, and what it means to build a life that feels like your own. My own journey of change continues to shape how I work with others.

Public Speaking
Faculty & Coach.
I teach public speaking to an international community of students across countries and cultures. My work helps people organize ideas, build compelling arguments, develop confidence, and communicate in ways that connect with different audiences.
My curriculum draws on classical rhetoric, including ethos, pathos, and logos, alongside storytelling, persuasion, presentation structure, delivery, and audience awareness. I see public speaking as more than presentation technique. It's a way of helping people develop their thinking, express what matters to them, and influence how others understand an idea.

Building brands.
Developing people.
Before focusing on coaching and teaching, I spent more than 20 years in corporate leadership, brand, marketing, communications, and organizational strategy, including work with Apple, American Express, and Booz Allen Hamilton. I've led multidisciplinary teams, developed talent, shaped organizational culture, and helped translate strategy into action.
