The Summer Clarity
Bootcamp

Move into fall with purpose instead of on autopilot.

Pause. Reflect. Reconnect.

A 4-week guided experience designed to help you enter Fall with greater clarity, self-awareness, confidence and self-trust.

Summer offers something the rest of the year rarely does: space.

Space to think.

Space to reflect.

Space to ask questions that often get buried beneath deadlines, responsibilities, and routines.

Before work, school, and life speed up again, The Summer Clarity Bootcamp is a dedicated program to reconnect with yourself, understand what’s working, identify what needs attention, and intentionally design your next season.

Through a combination of group coaching, guided reflection, and optional private coaching, you’ll gain the clarity and momentum needed to move into the fall with purpose instead of autopilot.

If you:

  • Have been feeling stuck, restless or unsure what’s next (at work, life, all of it)

  • You’ve achieved many of the things you thought would make you happy, but still feel like something is missing

  • You need time to reflect, but struggle to create it own your own

  • You’re entering new seasons of work, school, leadership, or life, and want to be intentional

  • You’re craving more clarity, confidence, and direction

You’ll Gain:

  • A deeper understanding of yourself and what season you’re in

  • Greater awareness of what’s energizing and/or draining you

  • Clarity on what matters most right now

  • A renewed sense of self-trust

  • A vision for your next season

  • Practical commitments and actions to carry into the fall

Week 2

Week 3

Where Am I?

Week 1

Taking an honest inventory of your life

We begin by stepping back and looking at the full picture.

Through guided reflection and coaching, you’ll assess the different areas of your life, identify what’s working, what isn’t, and uncover patterns that may have gone unnoticed.

Questions we’ll explore:

  • What’s working well?

  • What’s draining you?

  • What surprises you?

  • Where do you feel most alive?

  • Where do you feel disconnected?

  • What’s most important to you right now?

Outcome: A clear picture of where you are today, and where you want to focus for the rest of the bootcamp.

What’s Really Going On?

Understanding the patterns beneath the surface

Once you’ve identified your focus area, we’ll explore why.

Together we’ll examine beliefs, expectations, habits, and inner narratives that may be shaping your decisions and influencing your experience.

Questions we’ll explore:

  • What stories are you telling yourself?

  • What expectations are you carrying?

  • What are you holding onto?

  • What feels heavy?

  • What needs to change?

  • What keeps showing up?

Outcome: Greater awareness of the forces shaping your life.

Week 4

What Do I Want?

Reconnecting with possibility

Many people know what they don’t want. Far fewer know what they truly want.

This week focuses on reconnecting with what energizes, excites, and matters most to you.

Questions we’ll explore:

  • What excites you?

  • What feels meaningful?

  • What would success look like?

  • What are you curious about?

  • What are you ready to say yes to?

  • What are you ready to leave behind?

Outcome: A vision for the season ahead.

What Will I Commit To?

Turning self-awareness and self-trust into action

Awareness creates possibility. Action creates change.

In our final week, we’ll translate everything you’ve learned into practical commitments that support the life you want to create moving forward.

Questions we’ll explore:

  • What are your biggest takeaways?

  • What matters most?

  • What will you stop doing?

  • What will you start doing?

  • What support do you need?

  • How will you stay aligned?

Outcome:

A personalized plan for entering fall with intention.

FAQs

  • Yes. Creating a safe and trusted environment is essential to this experience.

All group discussions, coaching conversations, personal reflections, and participant stories shared throughout the program are confidential. By joining The Summer Clarity Bootcamp, you agree to respect the privacy of fellow participants and not share personal information discussed within the group.

(All participants will review and sign a confidentiality and participation agreement before the program begins.)

  • The value of this experience is directly connected to your willingness to engage honestly and fully.

You are never required to share anything you don’t wish to share, but participants who gain the most from the program are typically those who show up with curiosity, openness, and a willingness to reflect honestly on their experiences.

You don’t need to have all the answers. You simply need to be willing to explore the questions.

  • That’s completely okay.

There is no pressure to share beyond what feels appropriate for you. Many participants find value simply by listening to others and reflecting on their own experiences.

You are always welcome to participate at a level that feels supportive and authentic.

  • Plan to dedicate approximately 2-3 hours per week to the experience.

This includes the weekly group session, reflection exercises, and any private coaching sessions included in your package.

The program is designed to fit alongside work, school, and everyday life while still creating meaningful space for reflection.

  • No.

The Summer Clarity Bootcamp is a coaching experience designed to support self-awareness, reflection, personal growth, and intentional action.

While meaningful emotions and personal insights may emerge, coaching is not therapy, mental health treatment, or crisis support.

  • Life happens.

If you’re unable to attend a session, you’ll still receive the weekly reflection materials and can continue participating throughout the remainder of the program.

We encourage participants to attend live whenever possible, as the conversations and coaching interactions are a valuable part of the experience.

  • This experience is designed for thoughtful individuals who want to slow down, reflect, and intentionally prepare for the next season of their life.

Whether you’re entering a new school year, a new role, a career transition, or simply feeling called to reconnect with yourself, this program is designed to help you gain clarity before life speeds up again.

  • The purpose of this experience is not to prove yourself right, defend old stories, or arrive with a perfect plan. The purpose is to explore. The participants who benefit most are often the ones willing to challenge their assumptions, question familiar patterns, and remain open to new perspectives.escription
