When Is It?

Due to the limited size of each cohort, registrations are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend after registering, please contact me. When possible, your registration may be transferred to a future cohort, subject to availability.

Live participation is encouraged, as much of the learning comes through coaching conversations. If you miss a session, you’ll still receive the week’s reflection materials and can continue with the program.

This program provides coaching for personal growth and self-development. It is not therapy, counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or medical treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please seek assistance from a qualified professional.

This experience is built on mutual respect, curiosity, and psychological safety. Disruptive, discriminatory, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

While I will maintain confidentiality as your coach, confidentiality within a group setting depends on every participant honoring their commitment. All participants agree not to share another participant’s personal information or stories outside the program.

Group coaching sessions will not be recorded in order to protect participant confidentiality.
